NucleoCounter NC-3000高级细胞分析系统是ChemoMetecA/S公司推出的一款革命性的高端细胞分析仪器。NC-3000具有全光谱（红外到紫外）荧光分析系统、高度自动化、多功能荧光参数分析、友好的用户界面等特点，通过“一键式按钮”即能快速、精确、自动、定量分析单细胞水平和成团细胞的荧光强度，Nucleoview软件综合收集，分析和报告数据，提供一系列可靠的细胞分析结果。

全光谱荧光参数
标准配置有7个可自动切换的激发光源和8个可自动切换的荧光染料发射光滤片，覆盖了从紫外到红外的全光谱范围，这为细胞生物研究工作提供了更多的荧光染料的选择机会和更大的多荧光分析可能性。

无需酒精固定过夜，5min细胞处理过程，1min检测时间即可获得细胞周期结果
蛋白共表达分析
既可获得蛋白表达荧光图像，也可进行阳性细胞定量分析。NC3000解决了荧光显微镜无法定量，流式细胞仪无法成像的弊端。
